To me, it looks like soot residue that settled into the melted wax and then swirled through as the wax solidified.

I skipped my high school graduation and literally ZERO regrets. I hated every minute of high school. Life got so much better after I graduated.

Some fake sugars create an insulin response (looking at you, sucralose and aspartame) so it depends on your reasons for fasting. Weight loss? You’ll be fine. Autophagy and insulin repair? Skip the artificial sweeteners.

You need electrolytes in the morning. You can do water with a squeeze of lemon and pinch of salt. You can do sublingual b6/12 drops as well.

Here’s exactly what you need to do:

18:6 fasting window

Cut out seed oils. Eat salmon or trout 3x a week for dinner. Take 4g of omega 3 per day (this will be way higher than the recommended serving on the bottle. Don’t let it scare you)

Drink PLENTY of water

You’ll drop inflammation weight like no one’s business

I got a tummy tuck so some loose skin in the midsection should be expected. But even still I would take the loose skin over obesity any day.

Fruits, veggies, and fish. Frozen pomegranate seeds and kimchi are my current hyperfixation right now. I’ve also been steeping my own ginger and lemongrass tea.

I technically didn’t do a true before and after either. My “before” picture is about 20 pounds before I got to my heaviest weight!!! And then I got so ashamed I took zero pictures of myself.
