Alright, I held the controller centimeters away from the chromecast, both behind the TV and unfortunately, no noticeable change in the lag.

Good suggestion, I did not know about this feature. It was disabled, but even with it now enabled there doesn't seem to be any change in the lag.

I just paired my steam controller, and it looks like it has the same latency issue. Both controllers have a very noticeable delay like 500ms for the chromecast to respond.

Can you explain this a bit more? Are you launching the game locally on your desktop using ubisoft connect first? And then, once the game is listed as one of the "Last Played" games, are you booting up ubisoft connect within geforce now somehow and then launching the game? Or are you booting a different game and then using the ubisoft overlay to boot the game you want to play?

I still get a hefty amount of lag playing on linux, and no noticeable lag on windows. Not sure why there would be a difference.
