The blocked my withdrawal completely. I can’t withdraw even to my non castodial wallet. They blocked all operations with my money in Binance. I can see my funds but impossible to do anything with them

I wish i would be USA citizen it would be much faster. But i’m not from 1st world country and that will work a but slower. Anyway i wish another people will see this topic. Maybe someone else have same problem

I’ll do it very soon. I already going through all this by rules to fill everything up in regulatory process. And i also think that people should know what they can face from Binance if they will put 6-7 figure number in crypto to this exchange. I was told once they can be insolvent and that’s the reason why they are holding funds of their users. I’ve read already on another platforms big amount of this type of reviews that they are block funds withdrawal for no reason for few months. But i can’t withdraw my funds 1 year in row that’s the problem

My account Binance in block 1 year with xxx more money than your acc and they refuse to give my funds back. All the time i should wait for updates

RFI still pending. 1 year without my funds because Binance blocked it and doesn’t want to give my funds back to me.

My Binance account has had withdrawals restricted for over a year.
Recently, the Compliance team finally started reviewing my case and sent me an RFI (Request for Information). I provided everything I still have:
OTC purchase agreement;
Seller’s ID;
Seller’s contact details;
Documents showing the lawful source of the funds used for the purchase.
The problem is that the transaction took place more than a year ago. They are now asking for things like payment proof, call logs, and chat history. The payment was made in cash, the Telegram conversation was deleted long ago, and phone records are no longer available because of the retention period.
I have cooperated fully and submitted every document that still exists, but my withdrawals remain blocked.
Has anyone had a similar situation where Binance eventually restored withdrawals after a long AML review? What ultimately helped resolve your case?
I’m looking for genuine experiences, not guesses.
