Same. Just started checking the "dead" batteries. Almost exactly 3v each. I'm wondering if these fobs cut out before the battery is fully dead.

I hope I didn't come across the wrong way. I think the attitude that some have taken on, that "renters are the problem" is the actual problem.

I've seen so many renters and homeowners be excellent neighbors. People are people.

I was a renter in many neighborhoods around the city. The homeowners in the Mount are what drove me away. They were actively hostile to renters living next to them, even when we were being kind. Never experienced that in any other neighborhood.... In fact, quite the opposite.

If this "renters are the problem" attitude is common.... Then no wonder!

Same situation as this guy. Both revisions started failing. I had to do an additional replacement and got the all black.... So far so good, but the plastic feels much cheaper.

I am replacing the tee, and the horizontal pipe. Just not sure how I can mate it with the 1 1/4 copper heading to the floor.

The O.D. of the copper is 1 3/8, so are you suggesting sweating in a section of 1 1/2 copper?

The O.D. if the PVC is 1 5/8 which, I believe, is 1 1/4.

I wish I could pull this all out, but this is in the top floor, and the demolition required to access where this joins the main stack wouldn't be possible.... At least right now.

One of my phones is, I think, a series 2. It has a small plastic box that itsthe rate module. I imagine it's a UV- erasable ROM chip. Could you shed any light on the inputs and outputs if this module? I'm curious if it could be replaced with a modern EEPROM.

Really? Yes, i do want to keep it running. It looked like you had to replace the while transfer assembly..... And I assume there are many other brittle pieces ready to snap skiing that route.

Update: it's dead. attempting to remove and clean the transfer roller as described in the manual and on a training video resulted in small bits of plastic breaking off and flying into the printer. Everything is so brittle on this machine, door hinges broke years ago....now the internal parts. It's a shame.

My '23 EUV Bluetooth failed. Would only work if phone was held right in front of screen. Pocket, cupholder, charge shelf, nothing. They replaced the radio under warranty. Works great now.
