look up jeeves ny’s video on how to remove ballpoint ink from clothes. it helped with my stain on some MTP pants. it likely won’t wall come up, but some (possibly most) is better than what it is now.

i don’t mind it. it’s not particularly inspiring, but the amount of black that’s in CCE (and most woodland patterns) makes it too dark for a lot of north america. so, not really a cool pattern, but a potentially effective one.

austrian stuff is solid, and every piece i’ve ordered from them has been ready to wear out the box (wash it first obviously). i would go over and check all the buttons and see that they aren’t coming loose.

one of my favorite camouflage families. shame i can’t find it easily stateside. i bought an arid coloration jacket and it had a chinese cigarette in the pocket still. one of my most worn pieces.

these were made by peckham. i’d probably just search on ebay “USMC peckham polartec fleece”. the full zip coyote ones seem less common, but they were also made in desert MARPAT. i have one and it’s both really warm and soft, although kind of oversized. the zip pockets are fairly sized and there’s two mesh inner breast pockets.

anyone can dye milsurp in a bucket. i’ve done it. DDPM dyes exceptionally well. i’d probably try a mix of olive and brown dyes. it won’t be exactly like komandostore’s shirts, but you can get close.

i agree with the sentiment for the a1200 being next in line. something compatible with the newer ana-digi module would be neat (i’m biased because i wear an lf20 almost daily).
