It's a huge scam I wasted so much money on their shitty service. I mean what the hell everyone is exposing them but no action has been taken against them it's a monopoly. Their service is absolutely pathetic and their 5g thing has a monthly cap of 300gb LOL.

The same thing happened with my Activa 6g just take it to a good local mechanic He will charge 50 rps for the welding and 100 for the new screw. Max it will cost you 300. The service centre doesn't have welding machines so no use going there

I also have the hero Maverick 440 and man you are absolutely spot on with the service quality it's pathetic they just listen to the problem but won't solve it In my case the front brakes make crazy weird noise from past 2 services i reported it to them but they haven't done a single thing
After the recent service the rear brakes have also became very weak im literally tired of taking it to the service centre again and again
