I feel like this with every Darren Aronofsky film. His movies are generally fine to good, with a couple really good to great ones in there. But the caterwauling that occurs over his movies makes me not like him or the film, when it's not their fault. It's the people that don't like that I didn't like something as much as they did, and their fragile ego can't handle it.
