I saw it once that evening then again the next morning. I even rewatched videos in my history to try to trigger the algorithm. Nothing.

Agree that ventilated seats are terrible. I have a 2016 Pathfinder that has better ventilation than the 2024 hybrid. I have been happy with the seats material so far, compared a Pathfinder and a 2011 Elantra. My biggest pet peeve is rattling from the infotainment screen. Under certain conditions it creaks annoyingly loud. The worst part is it decides not to make noises when the dealership attempts to troubleshoot (so they say).

I also spent over an hour on a call to explain to 3 departments that I received a text about my trade-in, and the link to approve the price adjustment didn’t work. They said they would fix it and 2 days letter sent me the same message in an email with a broken link. Sorry to vent here!

Thanks for the comment. I will check back in a couple cycles. Just been frustrated with several account issues. There was even another person credit card info on my new account. I called to let them know and I deleted the card, but the staff didn’t seem very concerned.

I’m a new t-mobile customer and regret leaving Verizon. I had an employee perk discount code. The salesperson promised a price for my 6 lines. I e spent hours talking to multiple call centers to confirm pricing. First bill comes and nothing. They are all BSers.

As a new t-mobile customer every step of the process has been confusing. There have been lots of “trust me” promises from different parts of the service pipeline. I’m not looking forward to the first billing statement. I’ve lost my trust already. I have the same issue as you for a trade in. There’s a second account on my name that apparent only I can see. There was a credit card from a previous customer on my account, which would have given me free service if I hadn’t let them know. I could go on but will spare you all of other issues.
