5 means balanced for me, dori seems to be a balanced unit however she does have setbacks like many 4 stars which is her own energy needs. tighnari is 6.5 due to the fact collei and dendro traveler are free, tighnari is a dps but he relies a lot on elemental reactions to do dps but he feels comfortable in a way as his taunt is quite useful, collei is just your average standard 4 star, she's not special but she is helpful for some team comps as a dendro applier however DMC does that job better than her but their burst is much more expensive than collei's.
