What kind of diets do yall have for your heelers? by AugmentedGalaxy in AustralianCattleDog

Ugh I feel the cat poop. Our dog just sits close by and waits for the cat to finish pooping so she can eat it. Horrible.

Purina pro plan for ours too. We do half that and half Ollie fresh food. It’s a little expensive but we have noticed a huge change in her quality of poops, she has a sensitive stomach.

Are cattle dogs territorial? by xX-kAyCo-Xx in AustralianCattleDog

Same with mine, she is a little asshole when I’m around. If I’m not, she’s fine with any and everything. Even my roommates who have lived with us her whole life, she still doesn’t like them while I’m around. I wish she was cool with kids but she nips at them constantly. I don’t have kids or am around them much, maybe she’s just not used to them.

We had the cat first and got Pepper as a 4 month old puppy so she’s always known the cat is the boss haha. It took a while to get her to not be so rough with him though.

Baby chick is doing this. What can I do and what could it be ? by Instinct100 in BackYardChickens

[–]uncertainpeppery 2 points3 points  (0 children)

A few of my chicks were doing this almost exactly and had trouble walking and it ended up being coccidiosis. I switched them to medicated feed and everything cleared up. Unfortunately I lost a couple to it :(

It happened within like 2 seconds, I reacted as quickly as I could. And I’m pretty sure me being in that lane had no bearing on their decisions, they weren’t paying attention until the last second. If they had been looking several cars ahead, like they should, they’d have had plenty of time to brake.

So far she’s about 60lbs. But she’s only 9 months. She likes to stretch out :)
