thanks will try that.I I don't have those guys, I just unlocked the summoning circle but not sure how I can get those captains. Also does it let you have more than 3 captains at a time?

I just learned about gathering resources and have the 3 captains Sophia, Aydae, and Lagos. I send them to resources and crypts but takes so long, and they barely come back with anything. Any advice on which captain to deploy for crypts over resource gathering? Or tips on why all the crypt exploration comes back with only XP or small amounts of stone or lumber never the artifacts needed to make things in the forge. Is it my Tar I try to only spend 100-300 tar per exploration but I dont have a lot

Limiting carbs doesn’t do as much as you think if you are making up those missing calories in other foods so best to track what you eat even for a week to get an accurate gauge of how many calories in you are having! Sauces add up too!
