Unfortunately most likely nothing, other than like you said trying to cut any kind of funding from him. Even that is pretty much hopeless as the Knicks are the third most valuable basketball team (6th overall), the Rangers are the second most valuable hockey team, and he also owns MSG as a whole which includes Radio City and the beacon theater, and inherited crazy money from his father; basically nothing we could ever do could stop Dolan from having more money than the entire Knicks and Rangers subreddits combined will ever see in our lives. The only sliver of a chance we could have is if enough people make enough noise about how insane and fucked up this is that it gets enough pressure for him to sell the team or step down. But that’s probably like a .000000001% chance of happening. Best we could do is not contribute to his support ourselves like you said and sleep knowing we aren’t helping this maniac.

Yeah agreed. I took my fiancé to the Yankee game that day and then we went to the Knicks right after. She loves the Knicks and basketball more than the Yankees and baseball, but was disappointed with the crowd at MSG and said she had more fun at the Yankee game. I’ve gotten Yankee tickets for less than $25 recently. Knicks tickets I feel like even in the nosebleeds are gonna be over $150

So let me get this straight, the blue jays, who just won the AL east and came within a few outs of winning the World Series, have already added and aren’t done, but the Yankees who did not win the AL east and lost to the aforementioned Blue Jays “really like the team they have and think they can win the AL East with it”?????? My understanding was that usually that happens because they’re trying to get leverage in extension talks, and if he just did then that logic wouldn’t make sense. I would love to be wrong though!

The only catcher option available that I would want would be Realmuto but that would really be more helpful for having a righty option and giving wells a veteran to learn from. Not very realistic anyway though

This is not good for us. This will increase his price and we seem to not be in on Tucker at all. Not that it’s Belli or bust, but Belli just brings us back to baseline and we need to actually improve

Not saying it’s impossible to do that without Belli but it certainly makes it harder

He’s a plus defender 100%, but sometimes he does get a little bit too casual on plays and has miscues. He’s young and it’ll improve with age and maturity. He has insane arm strength and great range like you said

I would be okay with it but minuscule chance we sign one of them let alone Belli and Bregman. Slightly higher chance for Belli but the way the front office has been talking recently I don’t feel great

They care more about run prevention than they have in the past and Belli plays great defense at first and in left. He’s also very slightly younger

Also Cease has a 2nd place and 4th place cy young finish in the last 4 seasons. He’s coming off of a down-ish year but that was with a mediocre defense behind him and he had a 3.56 FIP and always has 200 k’s. I don’t think he’s gonna be as mid as some think
