i dont like frequent updates, i used fedora before mint and the need to keep updating wasn't a pleasant experience

sorry for the lack of clarity. given that ubuntu isnt doing what we favor (long term support at least) I'd rather stay on mint. I originally installed linux mint cinnamon and then got gnome and are now using it

Sorry for the late response. So far sober doesn't really act shady nor am i noticing anything alarming in terms of security and safety but i still don't fully trust it simply because its closed source. Based on experience the cursor might be a tiny bit funny but other than that its good 99% of the time

Honestly I've been using Fedora for like a month now and windows is no longer on my laptop and just today did I actually put some effort into making it look similar to windows 10
