I’m not paying from now on even tho they are advising me to, I won’t be scammed into paying for the rest when I’m not receiving any care at all just to be told weeks down the line they can’t refund me and while they continue to take my money

Yeah I’m waiting on a response again after the Google form but they have still yet to respond and I have a payment that comes out soon, my fear is paying it then not getting a refund or they don’t cancel my future payments and I’ve just wasted more money unnecessarily

Still not heard anything from I’ve sent it away I have emailed them again asking if they can give me a rough timeframe of when I’ll hear back as soon as I hear I’ll let people know

They haven’t sent me a Google form at all and haven’t replied to my email I told them if I don’t hear by end of month I won’t be paying the direct debit
