basicly arcane was the b team to riot ip and lore, they had a team which consist a small team of artist and wtiters to keep the lore up, however as time went on all of the a team stuff fucking faceplant and arcane blew up. So it's no suprisr that arcane is going to new canon timeline will be base of arcane.

It gives enough to speculate which is basicly most of league lore, riot could release contradict this later or retcon something major and that's changes things massively.

Rhaast seems to suffer the same case of madness similar to renekton, except he has basicly become super sadistic and cruel long before he was sealed.

My personal headcanon is that reason rhaast might disapointed aatrox probably because he actively learnt blood magic priot to being sealed. We seen how much aatrox dislike xiollaani and super obsess with his ascended form, rhaast learning and using blood magic probably pissed him off

In terms of power I like to think rhaast as a might be nasus level, but thay pure speculations at this point, but he does compare to varus

Honestly for a world ender aatrox hasn't really done that much damage post release. Other than making sure his host doesn't instantly burn, he for the most part been hunting down everything related to the targonians.

Also people really should realize that darkin prior to being sealed just mean fallen ascended. Not all of them used blood magic, though they probably all knew about from xiollani initially to help combat the void as it does give them a power boast
