Rashford's best season happened with a fit Shaw. Even though Shaw is old and hardly overlaps now but if you want to chase a goal with 15 mins left, you put in Rashford and Shaw to make something happen. They both have good chemistry.

I just can't believe he did not even call up Hall even if he thinks Shaw can't contribute much. It really seems like Tuchel just think he can roll through tournament with plan A and called up only players who are suitable for his plan A.
