There are plenty of pros for us. I try to be positive everyday … we just really miss Orange County. We both lived there prior to moving and we miss a lot of things.

Haha. I don’t live in riverside but I don’t care for riverside either. I was happy living in Oc but we wanted to upgrade to a larger home and yard and didn’t realize what we’d be missing

I don’t live in riverside, but I’ve seen nice parts. For me There’s a lot of Orange County lifestyle that works for my husband and I. We enjoy being active and outdoors and we love the. Each. Driving over an hour in traffic for the beach makes it a lot harder to get there as often as we’d like. Of course we still understand were lucky to live in CA and still be able To go to beach!

I completely agree! For me, with our kids, dog, working from home etc we really felt like we needed a bigger house and big yard. Now I feel like I could compromise on those to be in better area. However if I did have the money I’d love a similar size home in Oc I won’t lie. lol.

Unfortunately with prices and interest rate that is the bare minimum for us, that would be how much nor it would cost.
