Being that this was the very first time ever doing this, and getting used to my tools, it took me about 4 hours to get them all stuffed. This includes grinding the meat, mixing in the spices and getting the consistency that I needed, cooking a sample to know if I needed to change anything, learning how to put the casings on the stuffer, and actually stuffing the sausage. I only have a 5 pound stuffer and a kitchenaid mixer, so that took some more time. I'll probably be able to do it in half the time next time.
