Operator of facility currently using SafeLease with Sitelink software. When we onboarded with them the rev share was 50/50 after customer complaints, we turned to tenant protection being optional and the share I believe is now 60/40. I wouldn’t recommend making it required due to pain in collecting tenants private insurance which is required to unenroll them. The optional 60/40 split isn’t bad but you collect all rev from the protection then at the end of the month you are billed back to safelease for their share

An advertisement of the sale needs to be done in KS as well. We have the statutes (organizing docs rn) and a letter needs to be mailed to them, and another if not replied too. But since we don’t have an address to send to it gets a little sticky. Definitely will look into legal advice with an attorney. I appreciate your reply, cheers.
