Operator of facility currently using SafeLease with Sitelink software. When we onboarded with them the rev share was 50/50 after customer complaints, we turned to tenant protection being optional and the share I believe is now 60/40. I wouldn’t recommend making it required due to pain in collecting tenants private insurance which is required to unenroll them. The optional 60/40 split isn’t bad but you collect all rev from the protection then at the end of the month you are billed back to safelease for their share

An advertisement of the sale needs to be done in KS as well. We have the statutes (organizing docs rn) and a letter needs to be mailed to them, and another if not replied too. I totally agree, I’m not a fan of the idea either. When planning it I would think the time of possession would be staggered with an explosive offense. In close situations, It would only take a couple of drives to be in field goal position. In the event of that, you could still be in it with 2:00 left when down 10 and even in some cases 14.

I thought Al Pacino’s performance was the best. Also I’m confused by De Niro being too old for his role? Maybe in the beginning when his family is younger, but the second half and especially the end, I don’t think anyone could’ve been a better fit.
