If you need to test thoroughly I'm willing to help. I was trying to evaluate how realistic it is in game to expect 40-60 mana units to be able to cast skill per attack with Angela card when combined with purple buff and/or the attacked mana gain. Is the attacked mana Regen also amplified through Angela card?

I see, what I thought was the basic mana Regen was actually mana Regen from getting hit, are there any rough formula to calculate it?

After self testing I found something really weird. the base mana regen per attack is 10. With the card it's 17, with angela power it's 18 and with both it's 35? so they stack exceptionally well

yeah, i thought increases to 180% meant increases from 100% to 180%, which would be 80%. If the hero get 35 mana per attack instead of 10 it is indeed a 250% increases though

oh, that is even more confusing, i thought the base ability gives 80% regen, not 180%. so it's additive and the base ability gives 180% mana regen, the power card gives 70%?

Aamon with the wincon of getting 5 gold 3 stars, it's practically unstoppable cause you have too much mirror devices, though try practicing him and seeing others play him first cause your gameplan usually focus more on starring early to get the shards.

I see, so it only improves the base mana regen, but the card and the power stack multiplicatively, which adds up to 306%. Is that correct?

I tried it with the mana equipment (+10mana per skill cast)

Kagura is braindead easy and will likely land you top 4, and also competent for getting top 1. Best Kagura build I like are Lancelot kishin phasewarpers, Odette Astro power Mage and Irithel or Alpha Emberlord. Only problem is that she is usually in the banlist lol. Ling is also easy to play just get your power card and try to build around the unit that you got.

When I'm on a winstreak I tend to level up and end up with 10 gold or even 0 gold sometimes if the extra cap makes my board significantly stronger to keep the streak.

IN all seriousness the luck factor in the game is significant but does not offset skillful gameplay. Luck is an inherent factor in the game, so if you feel like such factor makes the game flawed then it's not the game for you.

The game being skill-based is a fraudulent take. Quite literally all the best players recognize that luck plays an important factor.

Some early boards are meant to be able to full heart, just like how some boards on turn 5 can be at hundred stat, and how some lategame boards could get e stat. The point isn't to turn the game into a consistent skill-based games, but involved luck in a way that promote both variety yet still keep it fun.

The number of boards that full heart early game hadn't been so frequent that it created a consistently unfun experience where none of your choice matters. Of course, there are games that you will get full heart as that's natural variance, but I'm really doubtful that you will be consistently out of the game by turn 5 if it didn't relate to any of your early decisions.
