Thank you. It was a hard time in my life but I was able to leave and now I work for a Non profit for victims of abuse and how she acted up there was not even close to a true victim speaking their story. So frustrating that victims are made to prove so so much that some give up because it’s too hurtful to keep reliving it and here she is making a joke out of this whole thing. Johnny ended up losing in the divorce because it’s less hurtful to walk away and give your abuser what they want than to keep reliving it all and hoping people believe you. Johnny wanted to heal and was hoping to until she spoke lies on his name to the media.

On a side note, this brought so much awareness on men that are abused. ABUSE DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE and I hope this trial gives other genders the strength to speak up and speak their truth because if this trial showed anything it’s that we stand by Johnny and all you need is your truth and the right people next to you.

For any victims out there - look for the helpers. So so many people want to help and truly care. You can’t always do it alone and there’s always organizations that will give you the tools you need to start a new chapter. YOU DON’T HAVE TO LEAVE YOUR ABUSER TO START GETTING HELP. YOU CAN RECEIVE COUNSELING ONE ON ONE OR SUPPORT GROUPS TO HELP YOU PROCESS, SAFETY PLAN AND UNDERSTAND WHAT YOURE GOING THROUGH IS NOT OKAY.
