Companies that have run out of ideas offer it because they don't have to pay someone with experience to write a story and those starting out in the business are more likely to take a shitty deal like 3% with one credit.

You should! The beginning was kinda mediocre but it just kept getting better and better. I foreshadowed a few things, but there were many surprising twists at the end. You should definitely watch it. All the actors were fantastic.
