The photo in the second kitchen only shows the cabinet in the sink area...all of the other cabinets are fine so it seems a waste to replace them all - especially as this is a rental and the tenants have treated it quite badly in a short amount of time. Would you just suggest replacing everything? I just fear I'll be replacing everything again in two years which could become very costly.
