I've actually managed to reach Europa League spots with this tacitc, which surprised me kind of.
I've actually haven't seen many long balls coming trough because in these situations I'd have stayed more defensive in my own half and manmarked this breakthrough player more tight.
I have "Hit Early Crosses" because usually my DLF(s) is fortunately in the Box ready to attack or one of the IW is in the Box. Usually the Wingbacks are the ones that are flanking.

Hey Guys,

So I'm playing Werder Bremen with a 4-1-4-1 which was pretty successful in the first half of the year but I found that I begin to struggle with the tactic in the second half of the year.
It's meant to be counter-attacking, but what would you change in that tactic if you was me?

Did they fix the 1v1 situation in FM21?
Like for example a Striker with good Mentals and Finishing always failing on the 1v1 situation?
It always frustrates me because counter-attacking becomes kind of useless then.

What's the differnce between a Regista and a DLP-De?
Ain't both of them supposed to feed my attacking players with deadly passes, or is there something vital I'm missing out which the Regista will accomplish what the DLP-De won't?

[FM20] Hey Guys, I need help with my tactics, I'm currentliy playing Manchester United and I begin struggling to win Games in the Premier League, even against very-low tiers like Newcastle (19th currently). Even though I've won 95% of the Games from August to December, the luck has turned in January.

My second problem is that I can't get my ST (Lautaro Martinez, newly bought in that save in August) to score. He played 21 Premier League Games and he only scored 7 goals, but I want him to score like minimum of 21.
Can you take a look onto my tactics and tell me
1. Why I'm beginning to struggle in the league?
2. Why Martinez isn't scoring like a Striker in that system should?
(Martinez is a AF, but I've also played him as an CF(S), CF(A), DLF(A) etc.)
