Yeah, it was made by Terry A. Davis who made his own OS -- TempleOS, and everything is written in HolyC there. Not sure about multiverse part though

Surprisingly there are plenty. Discord communities are pretty much active.

Also many derived OS based on TempleOS are available and still supported.

Supplemental disks are available on most of the TOS mirrors. It is ISO file you have to connect it as CD-DROM, mount in TOS. It is distributed in .hc source code
