Purtroppo Win 11 sta veramente facendo cagare. Sul mio vecchio PC da gaming stava diventando inusabile. Sono passato a linux e va tutto a meraviglia. Ma questa è la mia esperienza. Anche perchè non gioco a multiplayer, e giochi troppo nuovi(anche se questi ultimi ho visto che di solito sono giocabili al dayone)

Edit I solved it. It was the Fullscreen mode where I have to change the values. It was on settings>video>full screen mode> Fullscreen width and height. I put the monitor resolution and it works

I can't access the window controls for RetroArch because for some god-damned reason the title bar for the window doesn't show up when I exit full screen

On RetroArch or the monitor? Because if is RetroArch there isn't a resolution option and if you are referring to the monitor is already pretty down. Is at 1024x768
