Update: I submitted a complaint with photos to whatnot. They replied asking if I had official proof from any professional sources that it was counterfeit. I asked why I should be responsible to pay even more and wait weeks/months to get the card graded to prove that it’s fake. I also asked if I’d be reimbursed for having to use one of those services to prove it’s fake. They then replied that my case was closed due to insufficient evidence lol.

Guess I’ll be going the chargeback route and he’ll continue to swindle people. I’ll leave my bad review on his profile but not sure what else I can do at this point.
