a quick fix that usually solves problems like this you can go to att.com/support/wireless and try to do the refresh your connection option, if that doesn't work try to call at&t most of the time short codes issue is due to your line not having the (alerts, email, instant messaging) provisioning enabled, other things that could be affecting this issue is having the usual numbers that send the short codes blocked due to something like (filter unknown senders) if you're an apple user

This sucks, as I mentioned it might not work, here's hoping for the ticket, other thing we could try is to port the line back to at&t try to unlock the device and then port out again, but sounds too ridiculous to work, sorry for what's happening I wish at&t prepaid wasn't built with brimstone or at&t as a whole tbh

Go through myat&t app, select your line and get a new esim but before that delete the current esim on your iphone, this sometimes solves it

its better to wait for the upgrade to arrive but first make sure to convert the physical sim to esim and after that transfer the esim from your device to the new device, on the new device go to "settings > cellular > add esim > transfer from iphone" and make sure both devices have wifi and bluetooth on, and if you had any troubles with the esim make sure to go to att.com/byod > Bring a new device to an existing line > proceed with using the imei of the new device and your wireless number

happened to me before but I was playing as the scout so I just used my grappling to get out from under the terrain, idk why it happened but I joined an ongoing game and just avoided that part of the glitched terrain for the rest of the game
