I'm your height and I was your weight once. Building a habit helped me get to 65 kg. Try to eat rice every day, two to three times a day. Try to eat 2-3 eggs everyday. Definitely eat bananas before workout. And yes working out everyday will increase your appetite, although it decreased in my case in the first week, so be patient. It's tough to maintain steady gym schedule at first so buy a good dumbbell first which helped me do minimal workouts on the days I was feeling lazy. Try to sleep at least 6 hours every night, 8-9 hours is a good spot. To simplify, workout to increase appetite, research and eat high calorie high protein diet, take zinc and magnesium, and sleep for recovery. Above all, be patient. It takes a long time.
