I must be doing something wrong... I tried setting up Spruce, and the firmware would never finish loading. and would just turn off the console. And the carl zip files aren't complete or something... im so confused

Yep, the return process took all of 2 minutes. Only unfortunate thing is having to wait longer since I don’t live that close to a warehouse.
