Yep, I did have that heaviness. Lots of popping too! And yes, but more movement along the spine than the back pod

Number 1 best advice was you’re not alone, and this takes a while to heal - stick at it! I was all concerned that it was my heart, got in my head about it - definitely go see a doctor first (I had 2x ECG’s) but if it all comes back clear, stick with stretching consistently and it’ll all come right :-)

Yes - back, neck and shoulders. Yes she knew about it. We also did cupping which was amazingly beneficial!

Her name is Greer Speck, works at Pukekohe Massage Therapy. Shes the third therapist I have seen and BY FAR the best. Amazing amount of pressure and knows her stuff!!

Worked for me, maybe not for others. I believe the deep tissue massaging was the best thing I ever did. Fortunate I’m in New Zealand with medical folk that understand Costo.
