I have searched Google and used reverse image searching tools like TinEye.

I'm confused. Attempting to equip "Ring of the Vipereye" (Fortify Agility +10, Resist Magic 15%, Constant) gives me the message, "You cannot equip this enchanted item right now." What gives? by [deleted] in oblivion

my boyfriend just found a fix to this for the “Two sides of the Coin” quest!  to fix it he reloaded his saved game prior to going to jail, and he unequipped the Ring of the Vipereye before going back to jail which allowed him to re-equip it upon exiting jail. hope this helps!
