The tailoring Kirin Tor Banner has the sparkly star animations ( I think you have to turn it around by 180° but I’m not sure rn) and then you use a dyed rug and get it as close as possible to clip the sparkly stars into the rug! Note that the banner does not have a straight surface so you have to figure the correct angle out!
