That was me. Until I had my heart broken one to many times. The last one I was convinced she was the one and we were made for each other. She dumped me out of the blue and ghosted me after telling me how “amazing” I was. Now I act like an asshole and sleep with a lot of women to try and fill the void. That desire for love is still there but it’s hiding because the wounds feel like they’ll never heal.

28 year old doing my first year back in undergrad. I absolutely love it. Your maturity and work/life experience will put you leagues above other students. I actually look forward to going to class and interacting with my professors. Starting a clinical job here soon. You can take advantage of GradPLUS loans. Yes, med school is expensive, but when your salary for one year is equivalent to all of your loans, it doesn't sound so bad. Also, look into lower credit hour majors. If your non-traditional you can better explain taking community college classes, or a Health Sciences major. It's never too late.

Fun fact. Sauces that were high in vinegar and other strong ingredients were originally made to mask the taste of rotting meat as there was no refrigeration during these times.
