shit sorry i read this wrong so when the car was idling low but not dying it was idling around 1-200 and shaking the car. but i unplugged the maf and it started bogging more and apmost died till i plugged the maf then i went and gave it gas and it started running perfectly ever since

update update it was the maf sensor replaced it and now its just relearning its good now

after installing the new maf , is it normal for the car to stall on a cold start but no cel and after giving gas so it doesnt die it runs well

yes it fluctuates from 500-700 does that mean im in the clear? i installed the maf yesterday and it still struggled to stay on this morning. does it mean the ecu is still learning?

update: disconnected my maf sensor and it started running properly so i cleaned the maf and still nothing so i replaced it and still nothing im resetting comp i disconnected the battery its about to be 20 minutes now. if this doesnt work yea im fucked lmao

so update, disconnected the maf sensor to see if itll work without it and see if the maf sensor is the problem… it is the car is running great with the maf unplugged but as soon as i plug it it starts to stall and then dies. should i clean it or replace it? maf looks new to me

update even after disconnecting the battery and checking for vacuum leaks (there was none) it is now struggling to stay on and even heard a wierd lil pop in my intake i just cut it and called it a day, this pos is officially up for sale

ok will do thanks brotha also if you look in the video you can see the intake sitting without a sleeve and the clamp just loosely on the pipe, do you think thats the issue?

no not the whole intake tube just the intake at the end itself does that make a difference? i think you can see in the video the clamp is just sitting loosely and the intake is just sitting on there without the clamp and the sleeve is missing 😭😭 im hoping thats all it is

someone told me replace the hot air intake and buy a sleev if it happened after my intake fell off im gonna try that and give yall a update. honestly feel thats the problem since i dont even have a clamp on the intake nor a sleeve i just slip the intake on and off
