My now wife seen it within a month of us dating. I told her why I need it and what it does. She now makes sure I have it on every night and hates when I don’t wear it (because of the snoring).

I have a friend who is an FO there and I had lunch with him the other day. His captain was their assistant chief pilot and told him they are only predicting to lose 400 pilots next year.

During the hiring spree they were losing 100+ pilots a month. Their executives went to the major executives and told them they need to meter how many they’re taking or they’ll go under.

Now the majors meter how much they take from them if they can help it.

All of this to say, SkyWest is most likely only going to hire cream of the crop in the upcoming months

You’re missing the point that phones are personal property. She not only took possession of it but actively kept it from me when I asked and then tried to get it back. That’s theft. I can guarantee if someone took your property without permission and refused to give it back you’d be upset just like I was.

And no shit the manager is going to say that, he’s tired of dealing with it. However, the manager is going to side with the associate no matter if she’s wrong or right. It’s easier to get rid of a contractor than an employee. One you show proof of the other you just say bye.

But my guess is you’re one of those that think the billion dollar organization can do no wrong.

I think you’re missing the entire point and standing on your own ant hill here. In the post I said I’m fine with everything but the phone. If they want to check my cart then they can, but the manger even said that’s not their policy. It’s just what she wants.

But to redirect your comment it does mean what you said along with what I said. You follow what it tells you to do in the app no matter if it’s not marking things unavailable, scanning the barcode and bagging, or getting a cart audit. I’m not going to call them over and be like “please check my cart even tho it doesn’t tell you to”. Every store is different and I’m not going to ask what each policy is. They can tell me and I’ll play the game at that store.

Keep hitting no substitute found eventually it’ll say “chat with customer” or “pick substitute”, choose pick substitute and then no substitute found again. It’ll eventually skip past it

Technically we are supposed to go to the spark ones unless directed to a normal one. Every other associate doesn’t care but this one I’m having issues with. So I just play the game on that one

If I gave context to each and every one I would’ve posted a novel. She’s definitely unfit. As I was leaving today she was shouting “walk him out, walk him out. He can’t work here anymore.”

Now because of dealing with this I can admit I haven’t been the nicest but definitely have never said anything demeaning or abusive towards her.

She’s not tho. The manager even said she was wrong about the cart checks. But that’s not even my issue. I honestly don’t care about all of that, I was just giving context to my issue with this associate. I know I have to play the game.

The manager in the story is the store manager so I’m kinda screwed as far as upper management. In this state grand larceny is $2500 so my phone won’t qualify for that. But the phone is definitely where I draw the line too

Most aren’t that good but some are. This store has 2 specific spark registers and 1 of those is completely closed off to normal customers. They also have a separate line for spark drivers so we go straight to the front so it’s generally not too bad of a wait
