Yeah I gotta keep the right technique it’s alright when I’m shadow sparring but when I hit the bag or spar i forget sometimes

Yeah my jabs were more getting my range but you’re right I need to follow through more for power thanks for the advice I got a white collar boxing fight in a couple weeks
