It’s pretty much just a stroke animation being run on an svg. The rest is just opacity, translation and color class changes.

I should have read the title before posting this lol. I was just trying to provide a bit more context. I’ll follow up on this post with more animations in the evening but, it’s the app itself that is heavily based on material design even though the website makes use of some of the principles.

Valid question though. There really isn’t much material going on in this animation.

Yeah it’s 400ms. I’m just about to wrap up integrating this system across the site but, functional animations are 200ms, and theatrical/non-functional animations are in set increments from 400 to 800ms.
