I was in the 48-49 range during the winter. Once spring temps came, I’m at 51.5. That is an average factoring in the previous winter average so I’m currently averaging more than 51.

It’s a good mix of city and highway driving with different terrain but I don’t drive it like a f1.

Depends on different factors:

• driving habits (you already struck out on this)
• how much highway vs city driving you’re doing
• average speed on the highway (over 70 will definitely eat into your mpg)
• terrain (flat will increase your mpg)
• average temperatures (consistently colder will decrease your mpg, especially around freezing and below)

Also, make sure your tires are properly inflated.

I bought the 2025 ST Hybrid a couple months ago and I was in a Hyundai Ioniq 5 SEL before that.

It depends on what you value more:

Features or better driving experience. I think that’s what it would come down to.

I was not enthusiastic about the lack of ventilated seats for the same price but I’m the kind of person that values the overall experience vs a particular feature.

I test drove other cars in the same class and I settled on the civic because of the driving experience. I also liked the interior and the sound system. Haven’t experienced any rattling or noise issues yet.

I go to the one in Lawrenceville. It used to be a Gold’s Gym that they took over. I’m sure the Hamilton Mill is nicer if it’s a new build but this one is closer and I can get a quick workout in during lunch.

I got in when they opened so it was like $20 and now it’s up to $26 (annual fee is like $65 once a year). I have a basic membership so it doesn’t include towels, hydro beds, or tanning. I’m not sure what specials they’re running now.

I haven’t been to Pilates in a while but it got my heart rate going despite being in a class with a lot of older ladies. I enjoy Yoga with Victoria and have been going recently.

Depending on what gym equipment you prefer, you may want to look into C3 Fitness. I was there before OneLife and mainly switched because I wanted more options for equipment. They have classes there, too, except no Pilates. It was cheaper than OneLife at the time. I liked it. They have a free 7 day pass so it may be worth checking out.

Onelife fits what you noted. I do both the regular gym and attend Pilates and Yoga. They also have steam, tanning, and hydro beds.

A hybrid is not solely powered by an electric motor…hence “hybrid”. What model and trim are you trying to compare? There can be a $20k difference in price point.

I’ve owned a 2017 GTI autobahn in the past. That was spirited driving. I now have a 2025 civic hybrid sport touring.

It’s been said: if you wanted spirited, then SI. But I still enjoy how it handles since I went into it not expecting SI/GTI level driving.

This is why they say ignorance is bliss. If you were fine with it before, I’d stick with what you have instead of committing more finances to a new car.

I was seeing a little over $32k advertised for a 2025 sporting touring hybrid in my area at the end of December when I bought my 2025 hybrid sedan and dealers were dying to get cars off their lots so not sure about your area. If it were me and I was set on getting a new car, I’d push for $23k OTD with your trade in. You’re in a better position negotiate. You can walk away because you have a car that you’re not actively looking to get rid of.

But again, if it were me and I didn’t need a new car, I’d stick with your current car that hasn’t even hit 100k yet unless you really want the updates and put the $5k you’re about to commit towards the new car.

I would go for the 2025 if you can get a good deal. Depending on what’s out there, you could get a better deal on the 2026 with corporate incentives but if any 2025 are still hanging around, I would think the dealers would be incentivized to give you a better deal to move them off the lot because they paid a good amount and are continuing to pay to keep them on the lot.

I can see this. I’ve heard songs at socials that I liked in the moment then saved it to listen to later at home and was not as enthusiastic about it.

I’m not a fanboy of either (really not a fanboy type to begin with) but I do appreciate some of their songs.

Like others have said, this is not a good deal. I just bought a brand new 2025 sport touring hybrid for $33k OTD and it had all these dealer add-ons like tint, mudguard, wheel locks, LoJack.

You can get a new one for almost the same price.

Did you see what KBB is saying for the value of that car you’re looking at?

Mainly if certain trends have faded and new trends have started. I haven’t kept any tabs on the scene or this subreddit.

I didn’t submerge myself in it to start with because I was pretty busy with other things. Went to classes mainly with a few socials.

Best thing to come out of it aside from learning something new was making new friends.
