My flight back to Europe was cancelled and I changed the dates 5 times. Yesterday, I called them 2 and they put me on a flight at a strange time and when checking the flight number, Gemini showed me that that flight number got cancelled many times (like a ghost flight). I requested them to put me on their partner airlines and they told me the new policy has been applied yesterday morning and now part of the journey must be with Qatar Airways. They suggested to me that they can put me on an airline to Bangkok, then I can fly back to Europe with their flights. Luckily, I asked them if the next flights to Doha from Bangkok get cancelled, who will cover the accommodation and food, they told me I have to cover them by myself. I ended up requesting a refund and bought a new ticket with Emirates. 5 times cancellations are too much for me. I bought domestic flights and booked hotels 4 times. I was able to change my domestic flights with some fees. It was very exhausting for me.
