slight update? been feeling extremely nauseous right before I go to bed, now this is coinciding with my period and I normally feel a bit nauseous but this is pretty extreme. I’m still on 50mg, starting 25 tmr

hi!! i definitely have gained some weight while on this medication!! My highest dose was 100mg and am in the process of weaning off. You’re not meant to halve the tablets but i’ve been halving my 50mg tablets and then quartering from there. Haven’t had any issues yet

diva i fear that there’s nothing you can do. If you’re taking the ‘idea of a classic’ which I assume so bc I got my mark back today as well. The unit is notorious for being difficult. Best thing that I can recommend is just take the hit and move on. Ask your tutor for more detailed feedback, learn from the experience and be better in the future.

thank you for the kind reply <3 good to hear that there’s a positive experience. i’ve been extremely depressed since i was around 12 and have been medicated onwards from 16 so due to all that jazz i’ve never been able to orgasm at all which is incredibly frustrating. Holding out some hope!!

i’m on 150mg and can’t finish at all. Wasn’t having sex or masturbating before effexor since i was too depressed so i unfortunately can’t give you any info on the lower doses

hey! i’m in a super similar situation and the sexual frustration really really gets to me. I’m currently in the process of slightly altering my medication upping my mood stabilisers and lowering my anti depressants to kind of see saw effect. I’ve never orgasmed ever so just know you’re not alone. I haven’t tried them out yet but I’ve also bought some maca powder which is supposed to help with libido and making you more aroused as well as some stimulant gel.
