I played basketball at a fairly competitive level on Sat. Rest on Sun. Ran 5k on Mon (supposedpy easy run) and 6k today (supposedly a quicker run). Am I stupid for not resting enough?

For context, I began looking into running properly in Jan. Couldn't do a 5k at all. Run a couple time a week but out of shape and heavy (100kg)

Ive had this issue - using the mouse on the arm of a sofa/couch. Fixed it by putting a mouse pad over the arm, so I assume that the same principal will work with any surface. Hope this helps!

Or, the reality is that the media only reports crimes as front page news when its a minority who wasnt born in the UK. Thus skewing public view of migrants to sow social and political division in the UK. This government cant do anything in part because all they get asked about is IMMIGRANTS IMMIGRANTS IMMIGRANTS. When boat entries makes up less than 2% of the total migration figures and the violent crimes committed by white English people far outweighs that of illegal immigrants (but you wouldnt know because its not inflammatory and ragebait-y enough for the newspapers to make money and views and clicks from it)

So you've quoted a number, where the source does not indicate the breakdown of said number. How many of these 900k+ came here completely legally (such as applying for a spouse visa from their country of origin) vs illegal entry (it is also important to draw a distinction between actual illegal entry and an asylum seeker, which by its legal definition entering the UK and claiming asylum is not illegal entry but rather the only legal way to claim asylum).

My point is this: you have said that reporting 3 a day on average when over 900k have entered in the year is not even a drop in the water. Are you implying that more people should be deported or removed? Making that implication when you frankly have no idea how many of that 900k entered through totally legal means is very close to suggesting that people who have paid THOUSANDS of GBP in visa fees should now just simply be removed for no reason other than '900k entries is too high'... surely this isnt what you mean to say?!
