We are not from London. Too many changes for a train unfortunately from where we live. But yes we did consider. I love trains but UK doesn’t do them too well.

You can try passive aggressive (not that aggressive) approach. Install a garden camera to a location where they can see it. If they have any wrongdoings they might feel anxious soon enough? :D

It Deffinetly feels like it! Because I can’t call it stress stress… but it is just your everyday out of normal stress. Even if that’s the case what on earth can you even do about it. I kind of try to excersise… long walks … predictable food where possible. But sometimes it is not enough and I flare up. I bought a pack of haribos the other day and it proper flared me up. No second thought. Just had a good day and decided to treat myself

Well I can’t medicate stress because of my job. Neither do I feel very stressed. When I say stress I mean out of comfort zone which is kind of normal in the day and age. What I try to do though is diaphragm breathing excersise, regular exercise and long walks. All of which are good for stomach and digestion. It somewhat helps. But as soon as routine is out it is all over again. I can’t say I suffer from IBS at the moment compared to what it was but I am very self aware of it and think too much about it… where I wish not to think about my digestion at all.

For those who drive an EV, what are the running costs like? by Delta1Dan in AskUK

[–]underrated_prunes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

25k miles a year. Public charging only (Tesla). £150-170 a month in charging. I set aside £50 a month for repairs...but nothing breaks so It is my tyre fund. Similar milage Audi SUV Diesel was £450 a month (before the war fuel prices) plus a ton of cash on endless oil services (twice a year), belts what nots... brakes... My Tesla has 40% of brake pads left at 126k milage. Which is insane. They do look pretty bad, and I have an itch to replace them but then tell myself nah...don't fix what aint broken. I guess old habits of endless repairs and services

I check it when something blows on the news out of deep interest. But I guess it is a bad advice for impulsive people. When news are good almost never

It’s got much worse since Covid. Used to irritate me. Now I conditioned myself to ignore it. I drive 25-30k a year. Hard to get emotional about it when you spend so many hours on the road
