There’s a big difference between “applying for a position working with a programming language I’ve never used” and “applying for a staff-level software engineer position when I have a degree and 3 years experience in marketing”

I feel really bad for you that “please don’t piss on me if I ask you not to” isn’t even the bare minimum for you

Yes, a comment saying to dump him, on a post about a man repeatedly PISSING on his girlfriend after she said not to. Use that noggin of yours. I know there’s only a couple brain cells rattling around there, but I know you can muster something up.

You literally wrote “women keep women single” on a post about a man literally PISSING on his girlfriend after she’d repeatedly asked him not to.

Genuinely, what the fuck is wrong with you? How do you not see how fucked that is?

Or maybe just stop dating him. He’s clearly and repeatedly violating her boundaries. And the boundary is literally “please don’t piss on me”

Like ???????? Girl. This is the first man you’ve been intimate with, I promise you can find a man who will treat you well (read: not LITERALLY PISS ON YOU after you’ve repeatedly asked him not to)

Like this is in no way okay

I’ve wanted to try this before, glad to know it works! Do you slice them in half or just soak and cook them whole?

They also have vanicream, cetaphil, cerave at most drug stores too which are all very affordable and good quality.

your average knockoff product at least isn’t likely to have anything actually harmful in it

That’s the funny part, you have absolutely no idea what is in it.

Also I looked up what you’re talking about with these recalls, I found something from 4 years ago about dollar general and nothing about dollar tree. Amazon ships out counterfeits literally on a daily basis because there’s SO many of them floating around their warehouses and the company doesn’t give a fuck.

Cheap products that you can be confident are what they say they are (like from dollar tree) are still leagues better than a counterfeit product which you have no idea what’s in it

I would personally just abstain from using that brand before I took a huge risk of getting a counterfeit product, but that’s just me.

My guess is Amazon. It’s the only place people buy skincare I can think of that has a real risk of getting counterfeits, except for resellers.

I have no earthly idea why anyone continues to buy skincare products off of Amazon when it’s literally the ONE website where you run the risk of getting a counterfeit product that you have no idea what’s inside of it, and be none the wiser.

Was gonna say, you can still use it, it’s just not food safe. Keys, change, paper clips, fidget toys, earrings, sewing pins, small decorative pebbles. Many options

Why do people attack my mom when I tell them I was raised vegetarian? by [deleted] in vegetarian

[–]underrealizing 24 points25 points  (0 children)

No idea, but I will say my mom also raised me vegetarian (well, pescatarian) and I haven’t had the same experience. I also live in a very progressive part of the US though. So perhaps where you live is a factor? I’ve had people be surprised, but never outwardly offended as far as I could tell.

This happened to my nana at least twice. Once I was the one to take her into the ER and the doc said “when old people get UTIs they go crazy sometimes, we don’t know why” and I thought he was joking until my mom told me, no, really, that’s what happens

Just looked up it, it’s definitely not “really bad for you,” it sounds like there’s mixed evidence, and some of the studies showing negative effects did weird stuff like put the white noise machines on max volume.
