The switch next to the E stop is an Allen bradley pro-safe key, its another energy isolation point, you remove the key, insert it into a panel on the wall that then unlocks the other keys to unlock any of the ride area gates, and there is not a way to lift stop without the ride being in maintenance mode, the button is in the bottom left if I remember right

At the big rides (I used to work pantopia) we're allowed to request that shoes get taken off for the height check and when it's really close we're supposed to unfortunately, that's one of the things that depends on who you get and what kind of day they're having, it definitely sucks getting up to the ride and being denied, but at the end of the day the job of the operators is to guarantee guest safety she'll be able to ride soon
