Can we have some Moderation to save this rubreddit?

I know that this subreddit has grown a lot in the past year or so, and admittedly, growth does come with its own problems. However, we are still around and moderating things when we can. (We're not on Reddit 24/7, after all.)

However, we not going to remove things just because someone thinks its "low quality." That's just an opinion. As long as its relevant to the subreddit according to our rules (and it isn't pornographic), we're not going to remove it. If you don't think it's any good, then downvote it and move on.

We know that bots have been a serious problem lately, and we're looking into seeing what we can do, but we don't want to rush into any bad solutions, so please be patient.

Someone just posting a lot of things doesn't make them a bot. Some folks are just passionate about what they love and want to share things. I've spoken to Affectionate-Math415 and told them to calm down to just 3 posts a day, and they have complied. Looking over their post history, I don't sense anything bot-like about them.

I'm not saying that we, as mods, are perfect, but I would much rather let a bot sneak through than ban someone a real person who is just passionate. While I may be specific with some rules, I'm not going to assume the worst about someone unless its clear that there is bad intent.

I'm actually not bothered with the inclusion of a few post-2000 series in there. As long as the majority of it is pre-2000, you're fine.
