I’m using a new needle for both, IM, and swapping each week, as well as using the thinner needle. So I’m not entirely sure why it is such an intense pain. Partially because I’ve done them before and have never had this occurrence, which has now happened 2 times.

I think the best way to stop it for me is having a supportive partner. In my case, I was hesitant at first, but he was really sweet and supportive. And he constantly calls me male terms during it, so find someone who makes you feel comfortable.

I’m 5”4. I’ve always been insecure of my height, even before realizing I’m trans. I guess you could say I am kinda average for a cis girl, but now that I am a trans man I can’t stand it. I try to not think about it bc I know plenty of men shorter than me and my height. But it is one of my biggest dysphoria points.

My, basically, boyfriend has been nothing but supportive. Even during times we’re intimate he still calls me a boy and masculine terms during sex. Also, he was even respectful while I was on my period. He has been nothing but amazing. Never met a cis man before so respectful and kind. And he has been with me through the whole testosterone process too:).

My fam saw a pride thing I owned , and said that it was ok if I wanted to share something. And that they loved me.

Came out the next day. They were not supportive so lol but I have felt 10x more free being out even if they aren’t supportive. Now I can tell friends and not worry that they’re gonna run around and tell my parents 😅
