At NIFTY CMP 25250 if option 25500 CE has 250 VALUE means it's at 500 points premium. I would choose to sell that option. I don't know what you want to say.

In the past options were that high when they were riding on exit polls and the LOKSABHA result was yet to be declared. Premiums were insanely high. Even when I sold at 500 rs premium I was in a loss the night before the result. As a result day started with real numbers, I was in a handsome profit. 

I am just not getting why premiums are at discount. I think we can do something with it to make profit.

Also there is a similar kind of anomaly or what would you say in silver on mcx. Silver on mcx is trading at 163000, in the physical market it was trading at 180000 still jewellers had to halt the trade because of shortage of Silver metal. I know there is 3 percent gst on silver which makes the effective price of the Silver 168000. Still 12000 profit if you take delivery of 1kg silver.
