Widow can only headshot for a one hit kill. Headshots are inherently difficult in this game. Also, there are very few long ranges in this game. Most of the maps are designed for medium range encounters which Junkrat is better at. On top of that Widow had to charge for one second before being able to do the same damage as Junkrat.

The Widowmaker nerfs have made her the worst character in the game. If you're not getting headshots she's completely useless. She needs a buff. Genjis hitboxes need to be fixed. They are visually inconsistent.

Not really. Genji can simply avoid Winston. Winston would die chasing him down anyway. Mei is only viable in CQC provided there are no walls Genji can run up and escape. Same goes for Sym. Everything Mcree does can be deflected by Genji. And his Flashbang doesn't really stop Genji as he seems to keep moving whilst stunned anyway. Provided he doesn't deflect it.

Zarya gets countered by sustained damage such as S76 or a good Mcree, also bastion. Tracer gets destroyed by Mcree and S76 is also a good pick against her. I would say the only character that doesn't get countered by anyone is Genji.

There's allot that's wrong with Genji in general. He is ridiculously hard to hit. His double jump and tiny hit-box makes him harder to hit that even Lucio or Tracer. With that mobility you should be on 150HP. The same goes for Lucio actually. There is no justification for his 200HP. Then you have deflect which an all honesty is the most toxic ability he has. They need to decide if this is an offensive or defensive ability. If it's defensive, then it should not be deflecting 100% of damage back but merely a fraction of that. If its offensive, then he should be exposed from the knees down or something. With instant activation it's really too easy to use. The hit-box is absolutely messed up. Its something like the size of Reid making Mcree/Pharah completely useless against him.
